The Credit Administrative Assistant performs a variety of clerical responsibilities under minimal supervision. Responsible for processing new and updated credit applications, forwarding credit packets and/or reviews to the business for approval of terms and credit along with recording and entering customer data into electronic databases (LIMS). Responsibilities also include updating client names and addresses, maintaining the client files in the electronic folder and sending credit notification letters to client.

The Claims Technician provides support to the workers’ compensation claims team by preparing correspondence, scheduling medical appointments, locating network providers, and assisting with calls related to medical bills. Responsibilities include preparing forms and letters, requesting medical records, scheduling translation and transportation services, completing referrals for independent medical evaluations, and assisting with data completion in the claim system.
